Yella Terra Street optimizes the valve train while keeping things cool and quite. Keep speed and performance up while keeping temperatures and noise down. Smoother, cooler, quieter operation, improve cylinder head life That means less maintenance and more track time. The true roller tip design behind Yella Terra Street Rockers reduces valve side thrust and gives you more life from your valve stems, guides and seats. Compared to factory, the Yella Terra Street line up dramatically improves power and performance by giving you the race proven engineering and design of the PerfectTune Yella Terra team for fractions of what you would pay otherwise.
Yella Terra Street Terra rockers are there to give you the same legendary performance of premium race Yella Terra components at a fraction of the cost. When he is cruising his Vette down the highway he will get 32-35 mpg with it.Street Terra Reduced cost, same legendary performance I can tell you that my cousin's Vette will take up 3 lanes of traffic when you mash the throttle in 3rd gear 45 mph, as the car breaks loose and kinda drives sideway's lol. He is an excellent tuner and decided to shut his shop down and work for another company in that area that wanted him to work for them just tuning cars. The owner of that shop mainly specialized in the L92/LS3 engine's for cam profiles that worked extremely well for making awesome power when everyone else was stuggling at the time with those heads. I spent 3 years working on cam profiles for a Speedshop in Virginia Beach, Va for the LSx platform's. Right now the car is still in speed density tuning and we haven't switched it back over to mass airflow yet. We also used a FAST 90mm intake that I ported and a ported 90mm LS2 TB. I used a set of RHS/ETP 225cc intake runner heads and used a set of Yella Terra Ultralight 1.7 shaft mounts for his build. The reason I prefer the revearse split cam profile would be due to the intake restriction of a stock TB and intake manifold, so I would give it more time to fill the cylinder better. 600"/.585" with your stock rocker arms, and a 112 LSA with a 108 ICL. If you were to go to a 383 stroker I would keep the cam along these Crane Cams lobes HR-232/353 intake and HR-228/344 exhaust which would be 232/228 duration, lift would be.
The Yamaha R1 rider was surprised when he shot past him like a bullet in a pull up to 150 mph playing with it on the highway. But he can break the tires loose with it at will at 60 mph in his 1999 Corvette, with his stock Goodyear run flats he has broke them loose at 110 mph from an aggresive down shift from 4th to 3rd when he gave it a little too much throttle.
Yella terra rockers for etp ls7 driver#
Now that cam has alot of overlap in it for a EFI application and it took alot of time getting things right for the tune for normal street driving as a daily driver for him. The TQ comes on very strong by 3200 rpm to 6500 rpm with a 246/246 cam on a 110 LSA and 108 ICL. After 10 minutes of run time on the new engine it put down 532 HP & 491 ft/lbs of TQ SAE corrected (it made slightly more due to weather conditions in Virginia Beach, VA) to the rear tires. I have my cousin looking for the dyno sheet for me but he hasn't found it yet as it was from 3 years ago. I would post the dyno sheet for my cousin's 403 that I built for him but my desktop took a dump on me and I lost the file.
